Hello Solano County and surrounding areas! The Rowland Freedom Center was gifted an incredible opportunity to 'Pay It Forward', so that's what we are doing! Not only do we get to continue to educate our guests on the history of our military through these financial efforts, but we also have the opportunity to raffle a very generous gift to one lucky winner!

Raffle tickets will be available on the Rowland Freedom Center website at rowlandfreedomcenter.org starting Friday, October 4, 2024. This Spooktacular opportunity will end on Halloween, October 31, 2024, at which time the lucky raffle winner will be drawn!
